At Selective Closeouts, our goal is to bring you amazing deals on name-brand fashion at a fraction of retail. Because many of our items come from returns and overstocks, we’ve created the following return guidelines.
Return Window
You have 21 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn/unused, with tags attached (if applicable)
- In the original packaging (when possible)
- Accompanied by a packing slip or order confirmation email
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

How to Request a Return
Use our online return portal to start your return. Include your packing slip (or a note with your order number) inside the package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Because our inventory comes from returns and overstocks, some items may show minor handling marks, packaging wear, or small imperfections that do not affect use. These variations are normal and reflected in our discounted pricing.
Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected. If your item arrives with a significant, undisclosed defect, we will work with you on the best resolution — replacement (if available), store credit, or a refund.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it is approved.
- Approved returns are refunded as store credit via gift card.
- Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for processing.
