Welcome to Selective Closeouts! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Selective Closeouts, a DBA of Young & Timeless, LLC.
Selective Closeouts operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide them to you.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Selective Closeouts is powered by Shopify. All sales are made directly with Selective Closeouts. Shopify is not responsible for any purchases, products, or services. By using the Services, you release Shopify from claims or liabilities relating to your transactions with Selective Closeouts.
